The Carpet Cleaning Process
1. Pre-Cleaning Inspection The cleaning process begins by reviewing all of the cleaning areas and developing a plan.
2. Pre-condition and Pre-Spotting All cleaning areas will be treated using a safe, cleaner/spot remover. To separate soluble soil and oils from the cleaning fibers/surfaces (Emulsification).
3. Soil Suspension Dwell The pre-conditioner is allowed dwell time to ensure through emulsification and maximum foreign particulate extraction from the carpet fibers.
4. Soil & Pre-Conditioner Extraction & Rinse Using the latest state-of-the-art truck-mounted equipment, the suspended soil, oils and cleaners are extracted using 200+ degrees of steam.
5. Rinse and Neutralization The entire carpet cleaning process hinges upon leaving the carpet pH neutral without any sticky residues left behind. No residue means a longer lasting clean and prevents rapid carpet re-soiling.
6. Post –Cleaning Inspection The cleaning process ends with a discussion about the cleaning results, to guarantee your satisfaction.
