The Rug Cleaning Process
The method of cleaning used is designed for maximum soil and contaminant removal. In fact, the dramatic contamination removal achieved form this process, is second to none.
Each rug is cleaned by hand, shampooed and then extracted prior to the full immersion (Rug Bath) step. This removes 95% of foreign particulate before the fresh water rug bath, producing dramatically cleaner rugs.
The first concern in rug cleaning is colorfastness, if a rug is not dye tested is may bleed during the rug cleaning process. The next concern in rug cleaning is the fiber type. All rug fibers cannot be cleaned in the same way. The third concern in rug cleaning is a rugs construction. The rug cleaning process is customized to each individual rug.
